1. BACKGROUND:

Mr. Bashar is an adviser, consultant, author, trainer and teacher to some of the most influential businessmen, corporations, and scientific pioneers of quality. He led a quality movement in Bangladesh, Nepal and several other countries. In Bangladesh he is recognized as the Deming of Bangladesh. Similar is the case of Nepal. He has published three books and more than thirty articles in reputed journals. Up to 2025 about 100,000 corporate leaders listened to his presentations at home and abroad. He is one of the founders of the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM), World Council for Total Quality & Excellence in Education (WCTQEE). He is acclaimed world-wide as a leading expert in the area of Total Quality Management. Up to 2025 he has completed about 160 projects/assignments in the field TQM, Change Management & Organisational Development Interventions enhancing capacity building and institutional strengthening.

He has proven success as consultant and trainer in Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, Quality Control Circles (QCC), 5-S, Poka Yoke, OD intervention, Change Management, Productivity Improvement Techniques, ISO-9001 QMS, ISO-14001 EMS, ISO-45001 (OHS), ISO-22001 etc International Standards.

Mr. Bashar has remarkable contribution in societal development. He contributes as a volunteer for the intellectually challenged persons, developing ethics and morality, promote value-based education in the form of Total Quality Persons (TQP).
