ABOUT A.M.M.KHAIRUL BASHAR

Known as a leading professional in the field of Quality. A Bangladeshi but known internationally specially in the countries of South and East Asia as a Quality Guru. He is the person behind in leading a silent mental revolution on quality in Bangladesh.

He has proven success as consultant and trainer in Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, Quality Control Circles (QCC), 5-S, Poka Yoke, OD intervention, Change Management, Productivity Improvement Techniques, ISO-9001 QMS, ISO-14001 EMS, ISO-45001 (OHS), ISO-22001 etc International Standards.

He was born on 16^th July 1954 at the village Alampur, Union: Jailashkara, Thana: Deganbhuiyan, District: Feni, Bangladesh. He is the eldest among his seven brothers and two sisters.

He obtained his pre-primary and primary education at his adjacent village Alipur Primary and Silonia Primary Schools. He attended Gobindapur Government Junior High School and later at Momenshahi Cadet College from where he has completed SSC and HSC examinations.

Being successful in the admission test of famous and leading university of the country, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) he graduated in Mechanical Engineering. At a later stage he went to the then Cranfield Institute of Technology currently known as Cranfield University and completed M.Sc in Industrial Engineering with computer applications.

Mr. Bashar, obtained several training in Japan which has immensely contributed in shaping his career. He is recognized in Bangladesh and World Wide as a leading guru in Quality.
